Wrong hair colour in box

Today I bought the Garnier Nutrisse Deep red 4.6. I began colouring my hair and noticed that after the colour developed it ddnt look to be red. I continued with the colour thinking that I would probably see the change once it is on my hair. when I dried my hair did I only notice that it was actually a dark brown colour in the box.

This is not the colour I purchased and I am very dissatisfied with the hair colour. Please reimburse me as this goes against my consumer rights. I refuse to pay for something that was not as it was advertised. I cannot take the empty packaging back to the store and I would have never known that it was the incorrect colour in the box if I had not actually used it on my hair.
