Terrible product

I currently have 4 new, full roll on Garnier anti-perspirant deodorants that don’t work. That round ball at the top is stiff and when it does move it’s dry.

Please advise what I must do as I’m now fed up of spending money on a product that doesn’t work. I have emailed your Company four times and I have not had the courtesy of a reply.

Please sort this out.
