Still waiting for replacement

I sent a complaint late last year to which Mathapelo responded. She seemed very interested to assist me with my complaint and even phoned and emailed back that she would replace the foundation I purchased with a new one. Well, I gave her all the details etc, and now 4/5 months later im still waiting. Pls get someone to assist urgently as the delivery address has changed, etc.
