Poor products and Poor customer service

I received terrible customer service regarding my feedback below. Clearly L'Oreal does not value customer feedback. The agent who called me had no enthusiasm and made me feel like I was not being truthful about my experience because I did not retain my till slip or product box. See my feedback email below.<br> <br> Good day, <br> I wanted to log feedback regarding my experience with your hair colour. I've only used L'Oreal Excellence but wanted to give Feria a try for more vibrant color. I bought 2 boxes at Clicks at full price and coloured my hair with it. <br> I was very impressed with the color result on my hair. The issues I had was with how the colour washed out. Whenever my hair got wet the color ran out and caused quite a spectacle, especially when I was on vacation. I couldn't go into the pool without people thinking I was bleeding from a head injury. This was after 4 washes so it definitely is not normal. Needless to say, I refrained from wetting my hair while swimming to stop traumatizing little kids?<br> I've coloured my hair with Excellence Cr?me for years and never experienced issues like this.<br> I'm truly disappointed in the quality of Feria and will not purchase the brand again.
