Poor After Sales

On the 7th of June 2018, I made an online purchase with Urban Decay.The following day I then received an email, confirming that my order was on it's way.My worst online purchase ever. No one called to check if I had received my package, as if it's my responsibility to ensure that my package finally got to me.It's now past 5 business days and I'm still sitting without my package.Now I have to run around like a headless chicken and find out where my package is,needle in a haystack when the tracking # does not even exist on the courier website provided.Disappointing after sales.Sorry Urban Decay, you just lost yourself potential business from me.
