Payment made - No order - No feedback

I placed an order on the Urban Decay South Africa website on 21st April 2018. Payment was made (I have Proof of Payment), yet to this day I have not received any order confirmation. I have tried following up numerous times with the Loreal Consumer Advisor Department, both telephonically and via email, but no one has bothered to provide feedback or even respond!!
