No Answer
Last month I phoned Loreal to find out if a pro**** had been discontinued. I phone 4 days in a row, no answer but machine promising to get back to me. Messages left but NO courtesy of returning my call. Day 5 someone answered. Come on guys! This is a call centre specifically for your clients who need info. Really shocking that not only no answer but that no one bothered to return call!!! Leaves a bad taste in my mouth
