Our daughter attended the L'Oreal Institute in Braamfontein and graduated in 2017. We are unhappy with the level of education that was provided, it is inferior and inadequate compared to the level of education received at other colleges. The training does not sufficiently prepare graduates as promised in the Institutes marketing and media.

I have complained in depth to supervisors, management and executives, I have been promised to have the issue resolved and then effectively ignored by all of these role players. My daughter has to redo her training completely to be recognised by the Union, Seta and to obtain her City and Guilds qualification to be able to work as a qualified hair stylist.

I am deeply disappointed with our experience and I would strongly not recommend this Institute to anyone. This is a waste of money and effectively you will loose year of your life.
