Mess up and runaround

I used two boxes of hair dye on my medium brown hair which turned it orange. Sent pictures and complaint via their social media and they advised they will send two boxes of a colour of my choice - that alone took two months to happen and only after I followed up. Finally received it and instead of the colour I requested, I received two boxes of the same colour that turned my hair orange in the first place. Someone can be sent to collect the boxes and I will not be needing your hair dye - I'd rather shave my hair. SO disappointed.
