Maybelline Clear Smooth All in One

My daughter and I have been using Maybelline Clear Smooth All in One shine free Cake Powder for months. For the past few weeks I can't get the light colours anywhere, specifically 04 Honey. Has the light colours been discontinued? I tried to send an email via the website [URL Removed] but even after changing the destination to SA it won't allow me to send the message. I've left a facebook message for Maybelline SA as well as a voice message to head office on ***. No response!! Does Maybelline and L'Oreal now only consider their target market to be dark skinned woman?
