Loreal paris hair colour

I just coloured my hair with loreal paris and my hair burned of, one spot has allmost no hair. I put in a complain and send them photos so let's see what happens. There was indication that my skin was burning, Nothing. When I rinsed it off I had hands full of hair in my hand..
