Loreal Ombre Kit ruined my hair!!!!

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>On 27 May I purchased a Loreal Ombre Kit from the Clicks Meadow ridge store, Cape Town and coloured my hair as per instructions. My hair is dark brown and i chose the Ombre kit nr2. it took 30min for the colour to develop and when i washed it out the colour came out a bright orange colour. i was so unhappy as I strictly followed the instructions. after washing my hair it also started to break, I also made sure that I waited a month before I coloured my hair to avoid this from happening.</p> <p>I have never experienced this with Loreal before and all my hair products are from Loreal.</p> <p>I'm VERY disappointed about this and the kits cost a lot of money, which i could have used for someone to do it professionally.</p> <p> </p> <p>At the end I had to buy treatments and also another hair colour to cover up the MESS the Ombre kit had made.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOT HAPPY!!!!!</p>
