L'Oreal - Magic Retouch not so magic at all more like leaking

I have bought yesterday L'Oreal Magic Retouch, the spray did not work it leak the whole time and mess up my shirt in the process, it did not spray the liquid it was like the liquid was poring out all over me accept on my roots, I mailed L'Oreal and no feedback very disappointing product.
