Loreal foundation

I have been using Loreal Infallible Base for years! Just recently I noticed that it wasn't the same as what it was previously. I finished a bottle incredibly quickly so bought another, hoping it would be better. Once again was awful! On my third bottle I eventually couldn't keep wasting money so contacted Loreal to raise my concern. As I explained to Theresa, the lady to addressed my query, the foundation has a horrible chemical smell, so runny and simply does not last like it used to! She gave me a reference number to go and exchange my current bottle for a new bottle from a different batch. Because I didn't keep my slip (why would I for foundation?) and of course the 1 time I didn't use my Dischem card it was almost impossible to exchange.... Dischem eventually found a bottle on their system that I had bought on special, so I was only refunded R165 opposed to R230 that they cost now! I had to once again buy a new bottle at Clicks as Dischem never had a different batch number. I used it twice before contacting Theresa once again. She tried to phone me during my working hours so was unable to take her call, I emailed her explaining that. Never heard from her. I tried to phone her, emailed again... Still nothing from Theresa! I have no option but to keep using this terrible base as I don't ha e money in my budget to go and buy yet ANOTHER bottle!!!!! I have wasted so much money on this product, that now it's time to look for a new foundation from a different brand!
