Hair loss with products that's suppose to help strengthen your hair

I went to partners hair salon on the 20th August to have my hair cut and treated, the hairdresser recommended Serioxyl shampoo conditioner and treatment, I started using it and my hair started falling out instead of helping it get a bit thicker that's what the products are for. I went to the hairdresser to show her how my hair fell out and had to cut it very short she was so unapologetic and took my cell no for the agent to call me no one has called me yet.
