This is the second time that we make an appointment with this Institute, take a bus from Roodepoort to Braamfontein and when we get there there is no one. They did not even have the decency to call and cancel the appointment. This is very unprofessional for such a big company! I am disgusted with loreals service. I would prefer to be contacted via email [Email Removed]
