Disgracefull mannerisms
I visited a retail store in Tygervalley centre (not sure if I am aloud
to mention the store name) last week, while
browsing in the cosmetic area I overheard a shocking conversation
between two ladies I could identify that the one lady work for the
retail store as she was dressed in a uniform, close by I asked a staff member
in cosmetic area who these ladies are and I was informed the one lady
was working on the Lancome counter and the other was Sonja the area
manager for the Lancome brand.

I know it was not my place to listen to the conversation but I was
unable to ignore the tone, raised voice, threatening and unacceptable
manner of speaking from the area manager Sonja towards her staff
member.

If I was in the staff members shoes I would definitely take the
incident further because no one deserves to be spoken to in that
appalling manner especially in front of her fellow colleagues and most
of all the customers this clearly put a negative light on the brand
and the people they employ to represent the Lancome brand.

I am not a Lancome customer but I am sure my feedback from an
outsiders point of view will be appreciated.
