Disappointed with Product

I walked into Clicks Greenstone Mall yesterday 02/11/2017, wanting to pamper myself with a good product that will just do what I need it to do, so instead of buying the usual Revlon products I decided on Preference 9.1 Viking Ash Blonde. At R185.95 one really expect the product to do what it says it does... well that was until I app**** the product last night and to my dismay find that it is the worse product I ever tried. I could have bought 4 of my usual Revlon Products that does 10 x a better job than this waste of time product. I am extremely disappointed. No grey coverage at all, my hair is matt pale dull lifeless after the application and I will have to go for a deep treatment at the salon to reduce the damage it did to my hair.... so if anyone out there want to use this product, waste your money your time and your hair... this product is straight forwardly S*H*I*T!!!!!!
