Disappointed in redken

Hi... U usually purchase the redken mask. I started using it and noticed the my scull was burning. I thought perhaps it's just me...

Next week I use the redken... Same thing happens. Very strange as it's never happened before. It's ridiculous to spend almost R500 on a product which has actually gone for a waste.
