Density Material 4

I have been using L'Oreal products for a very long time. I have recently purchased L'Oreal Tecni Art, Density Material 4 (wax paste), but the texture and hold is not the same as the previous products. I have been using Density material 4 for a long time, and this definitely is not the same wax paste as in the previous product I've been using. The texture is different. I have purchased this from Splush in Clearwater Mall for R 322.00. I can't use this product - can I return for a refund and what happened to the original density material 4? Thanks.
