Bad/Expired Mascara

I bought \the colossal volum' express Mascara\" from Clicks at the V&A about 2weeks ago. The Mascara was sealed and when I opened to use it, it was clumpy and seemed almost dry like it was old. I cannot believe Maybelline would put something like that in the market and worse I pay for it. I love this particular Mascara but I am really disappointed by this!"
