BAD customer Service MacDonald Secunda

Me and my spouse went to MacDonald around 22h00 to buy one big Mac and one macfeast meals , Using a drive through. When we got home to our suprise it's two big Mac .I intermediately call the store to explain they gave us wrong meal . The manager wanted us to drive back to exchange it . We explained we don't mind him sending someone to collect it cause my spouse was not gonna eat it . They suggested we came in following day for new order . We explained it was our cheat day ,so we couldn't the following day and we had early flight coming bck on Friday . Will definitely collect our money . When we went in on Friday the refused to help us and didn't even take a sec to listen and look at the pic I had as a proof . When I spoke to my colleagues one of them has experienced the same issue . I guess in Secunda big Mac meal is same price as macfeast large meal . I am very disappointed in them and I don't think we be going there anytime soon .
