annoyed with maybelline product

Hi <br> <br> On the 22/12/2015 I purchased the Maybelline super stay 24 ultimate red gloss 24M ,batch number 16L001 at the clicks store at the workshop in Durban . <br> Maybe I can't read but the packaging clearly said it is ultimate 24hour red .<br> <br> 1. It does not stay for 24 hours let alone 3 hours been using it for 9 days and I am not impressed for R144 worth of gloss .<br> 2. After using for an hour it smudges off and the actual gloss looks like its super glue that's *********** from skin .<br> 3. The thing that annoyed me the most is the colour never in my 25years of being on earth have I seen red that looks orange , I am so not impresses about this product , I bought it in the hopes that it will my regular gloss that id purchase on a monthly bases .<br> 4. The contents loll really am in disbelief of how small the contents in the gloss is and also don't understand what the purpose of the clear labello looking like part of the gloss is for I mean R144 is allot for money <br> 5. Refused refund well obviously to hygienic reasons hence why I decided to complain directly to the manufacturers /supplier I want my refund back or a replacement gloss .I do not want this gloss anymore ,iv purchased numerous Maybe
