POOR SERVICE

Very poor service. Nobody can give me an answer as when my item will be delivered. We are today on the last day as promised on their website and still after a few calls can anybody assist me. I wish to cancel my order and reverse funds back into my account. If I knew this was going to be the situation I would have taken another supplier.
