Pathetic Return Service and Bad Quality Product

Bought oztrail 420 tent in Dec for use on 2 Jan. Returned physically to loot on 10 Jan and showed staff the problem with pole plus awning cover tear and bent *****s plus quote for spare pole. All you get is waiting for suppler. Personal phone calls for Mr Sha...... does not help. Now they say pole set replaced sending item back. No quality check against detail original complaint. Nothing done or said about awning or *****s and no price yet on spare pole. This is totally unacceptable. No return phone calls. Is someone in charge. Who can one speak to as everytime the person dealing with case is busy and never calls back and sends email sorry still waiting for info from supplier. Heads must role and item replaced as my Holliday was cut short by one week because of this issue
