Loot - Thanks for the good service

I have used Loot.co.za often and their service has always been excellent. Recently I purchased a Philips Avance XL Airfryer that was defective (fan noise whilst slowing down after switch off) - Loot replaced it immediately. The replacement unit had the same problem. Though not their fault they were highly apologetic and replaced the 2nd unit without any hesitation. They are a no nonsense company and their Returns team are and asset to them ( particularly Che). Thanks for the great service Loot !
