Loot misrepresents its offers - be warned!

I have a complaint of misrepresentation by Loot. I placed two orders on Loot through bidorbuy on the 15th February and paid in full for both orders. Six days later with no word from Loot, I inquired from Loot when the delivery would be made and they mentioned February the 28th. On the bidorbuy adverti*****t, they had claimed to have the items in stock. I objected to the February 28th delivery and requested to have my money back. Loot promised to refund me by Wednesday the the 20th. By the 22nd I escalated the matter to bidorbuy, seemingly with no effect. It is the 1st of March today and I have neither a refund nor delivery of the order, while Loot and bidorbuy continue to trade!
