I was misled and given the item that i would have bought cheaper from other outlets

They put the different image on their site and I bought it, but when I received it, it was a total different from what I was buying which means I was misled by them. before buying I called them to confirm that its what I see they confirmed then I ordered but when it was delivered it was not the same. when I called them they said they are sorry their image was wrong they don't have what I was looking for. they even say my item came with the voucher which I did not receive at all.
