Disappointed

I'm so disappointed with the service of loots, I ordered something on the 22nd of December and the estimated date for the delivery was the 24th of December. The status on the 23rd morning said the parcel was dispatched on the 24th I called the call centre because there was no track number the lady told me that it was still in their warehouse, few minutes after my call I received an email with a track number but there was nothing in the post office site.On the 28th at 16h55 it showed that the parcel was received at the post office. On the 30th the parcel was refused entry at the branch in jhb bcoz it had no contact details. Really how ***********. Right now I don't know where my order is and my money is gone.I will never ever make the mistake of buying from loots again. I'm so disappointed. ...
