Bad service

<p>I paced an order on the 22nd of January and it was dispatched on the 23rd of January even today i still havent received my books, I have been sending e-mails trying to call the call centre but nobody answers. when i receive a response from you guys i am told my address is incorrect, how can it be incorrect it is not the 1st tym i ordered and it was delivered on the same address. I did give out the same address and i have been in contact with Fedex the tracking company you are using and i keep getting promises that it will be delivered even today i am still waiting for my parcel. If i do not receive my books by tomorrow i would like for you to refund me i will make use of the booksellers who have reliable delivering companies</p>
