Worst service experienced ever

<p>I reported broken headphones on 19 Oct. It took them a whole week to collect the item. Its taking another week just to find out what's going to happen next. I'm without headphones for 3 weeks already. They take forever to respond to my emails. They take their time with everything! </p> <p> </p> <p>Not happy with their service at all. Won't recommend Loot.co.za to anyone. </p>
