WORST SERVICE EVER

This is the worst service I ever received from a company. After 20 days my order, which was suppose to be delivered in 2 -4 days, still not delivered. You can not even phone because nobody answers phones. Can only email, but guess what? No response when you email. No information about the delivery. A tracking number that do not even exist is all you get. Did the company close its doors and just disappeared with my money?
