Worst service EVER!!

Not sure why or how Loot.co. za actually exists. My first time ordering a book online through them and paid on the 4th of August 2021and today 20 August 2021 I have not received my book, sending email after email and calling their so called contact numbers from their website and on my invoice and non of the numbers exist, how on earth is this even possible!! Who is this "looting" company!?
