Worst return service

I ordered a dog bed from Loot and was sent the wrong size. I have logged a return more than 2 weeks ago and they keep on requesting photos of the incorrect item. I have send the requested photos 3 times now.

This is the worst service. I will never purchase from you again, never experienced this with any other online store before!
