Worst online store in SA

I ordered a sale item from loot using my credit card the item was available at the time of my order but sold out the next day. A few days later my order was canceled stating that they are out of stock. I called loot to query and had to deal with a rude and *********** support member I was told that loot will only reserve the item for the customer one the fund are banked and in their account which is madness.

I’ve never dealt with such a *********** company before.
