Worst online service provider

Apart from being out of stock on items, that shows in stock online, they do not deliver goods within more than 2 months after order date. They have sent my goods to a courier who does not service our area. Despite numerous emails, and suggestions of a courier that services us daily ( and despite us being customers for more than 11 years with regular orders), they have simply shrugged their shoulders, saying we need to wait til FEDEX finally will send important medication to people in our area!!! They do not respond to emails, and refuse to give supervisor details.
