Worst Online Retailer In South Africa !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a hard drive as that was advertised as an 8TB drive that was delivered was a 6TB drive. They now say they do not have the drive I originally ordered even though I can find it on their site. They have also changed the item to a different description. I have been trying to get the drive refunded so I can purchase it from someone else like Wootware. My problem now is they can't tell me when it will get picked up so I can get my money back and make the aforementioned purchase with someone else it is not the first time this has happened for me or my colleague.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Maybe they should think about fixing some of there issues before Black Friday and Cyber Monday because from my experience they are going to have quite a few returns for incorrect products.
