Worst online expirience,Worst customer Service.-No Communication

Please stay away from Loot.co.za.This has been my worst online expirience thus far.I bought an item online which was supposed to be delivered a few days after,till today no delivery.I followed up more than three times with no response to my emails.Phones are not working.Today i wake up to an email that they have returned my order due to inability to deliver.Apparently i was not at the intended address,which is not true.I have not received a call from anyone attempting to deliver.I have never left home so there is no way i was never availlable.Now they telling me they credited my account and would need to reorder and pay a delivery fees.For what when its not my fault?I am very dissapointed.This is ****************.I do not advise anyone to buy from them!!!
