Worst online experience

I ordered an item online which was fully paid for but they have no record of my payment and send emails that it's incomplete. I used the payflex app for the payment and the deducted amount is reflecting there. Despite numerous attempts for loot to investigate and solve the matter they have not got back to me at all!
