Worst on-line shopping experience EVER.

I ordered a washing machine in the 14th of September and till this day have not received it. I called and emailed on a daily basis for the last 6 days and not once did Loot come back to me as promised. As a washing machine is not something I can wait for indefinitely I just phoned to cancel my order. After being put on hold for 5.minutes again while the agent cancelled my order I did not even get a word of 'Sorry for the inconvenience ' Just 'Good Bye'. I am now prepared to provably wait a few weeks to get my money back. This has veen my worst on-line shopping experience EVER and I will definitely never use Loot again or suggest them.to anyone.
