Worst Customer Service Experience

False information on the website regarding stock availability. I placed an order because the item I wanted was in stock. Immediately after I made payment the mail I got said I had to wait two weeks for my order. I then immediately canceled my order in less than 24hrs. I then received a mail to say I had to wait 1-3 working days for my refund. After the 3rd day I then received a mail which told me I had to wait an additional 10 days for my money. I still haven't received my refund. The customer service is pathetic and I would never recommend this online store to anyone. DON'T SHOP HERE!!
