WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Ordered goods on 11JANUARY2025, order delayed only to find out the supplier is out of stock and part of the order is cancelled. Further delay on Loot waiting on supplier to deliver stock that is on order. Absolutely ridiculous waiting so long for an order when they already have the money! Still no refund on my method of payment for the cancelled stock! Worst experience ever. 03Feb'25, order still not delivered
