I purchased products 1 dvd 1 blu ray *** and *** they never came back to me for 4 months I had to follow up when I final did I must send ridiculous statement with my personal information my transaction for them to view due to ridiculously confirming my name address and banking details. *** was paid back into my account, I demand that *** it isn't customers problems if Loot.co.za doesn't have the products in stock but take customers money willing then refuse to refund it back!
