Where's my order?

I placed an order on 2 June 2020 (expected dispatch 4 June 2020) and I still have not received anything. On the site it keeps showing my order is "in process".

I sent an e-mail enquiring as to when I will receive my order and have yet to receive a response.

This order was for a specific occasion for which I will have nothing to show now!
