What is happening with Loot? Poor Customer service!

I have made 2 orders from Loot, both using gift vouchers of R250 each. Neither successful.

The first: I ordered 3 CDs of R68 each. Then the additional delivery fee of R40. Total R244. After weeks I receive 2 seperate mails each to say 2 of the 3 CDs are no longer available and they have refunded me with a R50 voucher each. The CDs cost R68 each and now they only want to refund me with R50 for each. Furthermore they don't give me the option on whether or not I still want the rest of the order and as such want to force me to pay R40 delivery for one CD. I sent a mail where I requested that I wanted to cancel the order instead. I only receive an email the next day saying that they can take up to 72 hours before they will reply. Just after that I receive a mail to state that the package has been packed and shipped and will be delivered within 3 days time. Since Loot doesn't respond to mails I came into contact with Fedex who is now handling Loot's deliveries and managed to cancel the delivery with them. Yet without any response from loot.

2nd order: This order again was using a voucher and we were away for the day. They just pitched up for delivery without any sms to let us know prior and as such we couldn't pick up the delivery. I did however get hold of the delivery guy during that same evening and mentioned that he can deliver it.to the security guards instead if we weren't back yet the next day. he confirmed that he would do that. no delivery....A few days later after querying it I hear the package was shipped back to Loot CPT due to the failed delivery. I also just received a mail that said they have received the package and in order to redeliver I would need to pay an additional R96 else forfeit my delivery fee and they only give me R210 in the form of another voucher. This is completely ridiculous. After one failed attempt.

This is pathetic service. If these 2 orders are not resolved in a customer satisfactory manner I will never buy from loot again.
