What is Customer Support?

Please remove the term customer support from your app and webpage, you are creating the impression that you actually answer your customers. And no I am not talking about the automated we care bull reply. I am talking about picking up a phone and wait for it actually talking to a real life person, mind blowing right.. you guys should try it I mean with cellphones and all I am sure you will get an answer. And please STOP USING DAWN WING as your courier at this point in time I am not sure whom between the 2 of you are worse. If it was a competition than it would be a tie for last place.
