Website problematic

Placed an online order with loot and paid via the instant EFT option on their website. The amount was deducted from my bank account but does not reflect as paid on my order. I can not get a proof of payment for an instant EFT, which means I have to now send them bank statements reflecting the loot payment as well as other payment information. What a hassle to sort out LOOT's mess!

All because THE LOOT WEBSITE is not functioning properly!!!
