Wasted money at Loot

Will never shop with loot again. Ordered a book on 10 Dec 2019 and the parcel was sent with the free shipping option speedservices... Tracking number was supp****, but tracking info only available up to 11 Dec 2019... Tried to follow up with loot customer services via email and telephone, wasting a lot of time in the process, but to no avail as they gave me the tracking details again and the speedservices customer services telephone number... Then they make it your problem, again wasting valuable time, to follow up with speedservices on the whereabouts of the parcel... Unacceptable. Stay away. It is not supposed to be the customers problem if loot makes use of a poor courier service when free shipping is used by the customer. Rather pay the extra money with another supplier (like Takealot), at least you will receive your goods on time.
