Waste of my Loot

Ordered product on 11 December 2020.Was informed on 24 December of no stock and to expect to be refunded within 5 business days.Instead got a credit from loot despite stating that i want my money back. Have sent 7 seven e mails to them and not even the decency of a reply!! Dont even bother with the call centre as nobody picks up.

I want my money back! Worst service ever.
