WARNING: STAY AWAY

I bought a Ecoflow UPS from your website, which I then was told is out of stock. That UPS is still being sold on Ecoflow’s website INCLUDING YOURS! https://www.loot.co.za/product/ecoflow-river-portable-power-station/stth-7323-g630 I was offered another product with half the capacity as the one I tried to buy, so I asked for a refund. Instead I then received a mail at 8h37 this (Friday) morning with 3 more options to which I chose the Gizzu. I made it VERY clear that this is urgent, so if you don’t refund me I needed this sorted before the weekend. I paid R7,376.00 for the one out of stock. All I needed was clarity on what/if I need to pay the balance and get this done today so the Gizzu can be shipped. After mailing to confirm and request details I phoned and spoke to a guy who promised to call me back before 4pm. He didn’t... I then phoned again and no trace of him and told the department to process this has gone home at 4pm.

HOW ON EARTH do you treat customers like this?
